Will there be transportation on the Wedding Day?

Answer

A shuttle will be available to take guests from the AC Hotel Ballantyne to the Ballantyne Country Club and back. PLEASE BE IN THE LOBBY BY 4:30, THE SHUTTLE WILL BE MAKING A FEW ROUNDS.

We are requesting cocktail attire for our wedding!

Yes, there is a parking lot at the venue!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children, we are kindly requesting an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the evening.

Is the wedding indoor our outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will be indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Although we were unable to reserve a block of rooms, we have a special wedding discount available at the AC Hotel Ballantyne. You can find the details for this discount in the Travel section of our website. We highly recommend staying at this hotel, as it will be the location for the guest shuttle to and from the event.
