Can I take pictures at the ceremony?
Answer
We have professional photographers that will capture the whole day and respectfully ask that you keep your phones tucked away until after the ceremony. After that, please take as many pictures as you'd like at the cocktail hour and reception.

How should I get to and from the venue?
Answer
Venue Address: 1931 Portland-Cobalt Rd, Portland, CT 06480 Please arrive at 4pm to the Prince Edward Ballroom. There are multiple "sides" of the venue for wedding ceremonies so please find the Prince Edward side! Shuttle Schedule: 3:30 PM: Depart Homewood Suites/Hilton Garden Inn 4:00 PM: Arrive at Saint Clements, Prince Edward Ballroom 10:00 PM: Reception Ends 10:15 PM: First Bus Departs 10:30 PM: Last Bus Departs There is ample parking at the venue, but we would love for you to join us on the shuttles or use a Rideshare app if you are planning to enjoy the open bar!

What should I wear?

Welcome Party - Come cute but casual! Wear linen pants, jumpsuits, summer dresses of any length, short or long sleeve collared shirts and dress pants or nice shorts. No ties or jackets needed! No jeans or athleisure, please. Wear your best summer formal, bright colors, and florals! We recommend dresses to be below the knee and ties or bowties. Keep an eye on the weather forecast as the ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. What is the "After-Party" plan?
Answer
The bar is directly across the street from both the Homewood Suites and Garden Inn. Put on your comfiest clothes or come straight in your beautiful wedding attire! Close out the night with us across the street from the hotels. It is an easy, 5 minute walk from the hotel parking lot, just cross the street! The restaurant will have a limited menu (think fried food and pizzas) available to order. The kitchen closes at midnight. Please be mindful of another wedding event in the same restaurant!!

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event. Thank you for taking this time to celebrate with us!

Help! I'm having an issue with the hotel reservations.
Answer
The original block discounts are full, but are full price rooms available at the Homewood Suites. Use the link in the travel section. There is a two night minimum. Book soon as there are other weddings in town the same weekend! There are a few Air BnBs close to the venue in the East Hampton area if you have a larger group.
