Where is the wedding located?

Answer

All formal events, including the Welcome Party, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Poolside Farewell will be held at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Florida. The Early Arrivers Open House will be held at Gram's Parent's house located 10 minutes from the hotel.

Is there a beach nearby?

Answer

While the venue itself is not beachfront, if you are a guest of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, you can take a boat shuttle to their private beachfront on Big Hickory Island!

Am I allowed a Plus One? What about kids?

Answer

Plus-ones and kids are included if listed on your invitation.

Question

When is the cutoff for reserving my hotel room?

Answer

Rooms in our block, if available, are bookable until October 1, 2026. However, please note that there are limited rooms available in our block so please make accommodations as early as possible!

Am I required to stay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point?

Answer

No. However, we do have a room block reserved and all weekend events will be held on-property at the hotel.

What should I do if I cannot attend but RSVP'd already?

Answer

Please contact us directly as soon as your plans change so we can inform the venue and adjust our plans.
