Out-of-town friends and family, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn for the night of September 6th. We’ve secured a discounted group rate, available until three weeks before the event. The cutoff date to reserve with a discount is August 16th. To make things easier, a shuttle will run between the hotel and the party from 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM and again from 9:45 PM to 11:45 PM.
