There's no better time spent in Seaside than strolling the beaches and boardwalk. We especially love being here in October when it's mostly just the locals, but still such a lovely time of year to enjoy the beach. If you are looking for more action, stick to the Seaside Heights beach/boardwalk side. If you are looking for a quieter, more mellow beach spot to hang for the day on Friday, Saturday morning, or Sunday - head down to the Seaside Park side of town
There will be a three day event of food, music, vendors, and more! This festival, the second-best event in town, will take place on Grant Avenue, perpendicular to the boardwalk.
The place that really put Seaside on the map! For the best historical landmark in town, look no further than the Jersey Shore House. The likes of Snooki, Mike "The Situation", and Pauly D made their fame at this house many moons ago & Kelly's claim to fame is when their camera crew ran her over on the boardwalk one night in high school as they were chasing a wild Snooki.
A classic crab shack experience! You could argue cracking open crab after crab with a wooden mallet is more of a workout than a meal. Either way, you'd be wrong. It's a memory - and memories are what this weekend is all about. Plus, you get a bib!
Right across the boardwalk from our venue - a great spot to grab a drink & some bar food. They have a beach front patio with pretty views!
Located on the Tom's River side of the bridge leading into Seaside, Xina is our favorite sushi spot in the area. It's also BYOB!
Located on the Tom's River side of the bridge and across the street from Ob-Co's Donuts (see below), Water Bagel is our favorite bagel spot in the area
Best lobster roll!
A beach classic. The buffalo solider is our fave
Ob-Co's Donuts has been a staple of the beach for as long as we can remember and since 1953 according to their website. Located on the Tom's River side of the bridge, the hut opens each day at 5am and closes whenever the donuts disappear (which is usually pretty fast because they are so good)
