What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly request that you RSVP by September 17th to help us finalize our planning and seating arrangements.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is dressy casual. Dressy casual calls for special event clothing that's relaxed and comfortable but still polished. Think of the dress code as attire that's dressier than what you would wear to work, but not as formal as what you would wear to black-tie or formal events. “Sunday best” if that’s helpful. No jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or t-shirts. It will likely be warm during the daytime hours. In October, it is generally in the mid 80s during the day and upper 60s at night. Weather pending, the ceremony will be outdoors.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available directly at our wedding venue. The ceremony and reception are the same location. There will be attendants present day of to direct you to the parking for our event. If absolutely necessary, parking is allowed overnight, however the venue requests cars are picked up between 9AM-10AM the following day.

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will move indoors to the reception space!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration! We just ask that guests be mindful of the professional photographers documenting the day for us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to park and find seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, children are invited. However, per venue policy, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and adults with children are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages during the reception.

Why is the menu vegan?

Answer

At the heart of our relationship is a shared love for animals and a belief in living with compassion. That’s why we’ve chosen to have a fully vegan wedding. For us, this day is about love in every form—and we’re so grateful to celebrate in a way that reflects that, without harm to any living being. We ask kindly that you refrain from bringing any animal based products to our ceremony and reception. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any concerns or questions!
