On a Friday night in May of 2017, two young lives were changed forever. As Kelly was traveling through Hamburg on Rt 61, she ran over a large cinder block in the road. Another driver hit the same cinder block and both Kelly and the other driver pulled to the side to examine for damage. Meanwhile, Eric passed by, seeing the two women parked by the side of the road. On his return trip, he saw they were still there, so Eric pulled over and gallantly crossed the highway to offer his assistance. This is the moment Eric saw that one of the women was Kelly. Eric quickly helped assess the damage and waited with the ladies until AAA arrived. Kelly, being the genuinely sweet girl she is, made a lasting impression on Eric and he truly hoped to see her again soon. Kelly, too, had been smitten and the next weekend she was a guest at Eric’s little brother Doug’s wedding reception. (Yes, there will now be two Kelly Troutmans!) Little did Eric know, that as he was bartending, Kelly was busy drinking her beer, hoping that Eric would serve her the next one. FINALLY... a beer or two later, Kelly persevered and Eric personally handed Kelly her beer, and then another beer after that. The rest, as they say, is history. (BTW, Kelly doesn't really like beer) Over the next few months of talking, Eric and Kelly realized that although they’ve never had any previous direct influence on each other’s lives, their lives have parallelled in whispers. Eric and Kelly have shared many of the same friends, interests and hangouts with a perfectly altered timeline. As one was entering stage left, the other was exiting stage right, repeating time and again. Timing is everything. Good things come to those who wait and Eric & Kelly have found their time. In their own time, they have fallen in love in its purest form and are eager to share their happy day with all of you; their family and friends.
