Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a few suggestions where the venue is located in Glen Mills, PA or where the After Party is located in West Chester, PA. We have a Room Block at Hotel Warner under "Sturm Bradley Wedding" Please view the Travel section of this website for detailed information.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony is to begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please schedule time for parking and finding a seat, but arrive no earlier than 4:30pm. (the only exception is for those who have be personally requested by the bride and groom for photos prior to event start time)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a designated lot for the venue, which is separate from the cafe/garden center that is also on site. Follow signage for the appropriate parking location.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Let the professionals do their jobs, that's why we hired them! We love that you are willing to make room in your limited phone storage space for our photos, but please refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony is set to be outdoors with a rain plan for indoors. The Cocktail Hour is set for both indoors and outdoors. The Reception is set to be indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our celebration will be cocktail/formal attire. We’d love to see our guests dressed to impress! Think suits or jackets for men and chic cocktail dresses or formal evening wear for women. Please avoid colors reserved for the bride (i.e. White, Ivory, Champagne,...)

Garden Chic! Think cottagecore but elevated and classy!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our seating is limited at our venue. We kindly ask that you only bring the guests listed on your invitation. If you have any questions about this, please contact the couple directly. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We adore your families, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adult-only event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate you making arrangements with babysitters to join us for the evening.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options?

Absolutely! Our menu includes a variety of dietary-friendly options. Just let us know of any restrictions when you RSVP.

Will alcohol be served?

Enjoy an open bar during the Cocktail hour and reception at our venue! The After Party at Kildare's is where we will continue the fun, drinks will be available for purchase.

What’s the plan after the reception?

Answer

The night doesn’t end when the music stops! Join us for the After Party at Kildare's Irish Pub in West Chester PA. We’ll be celebrating late into the night. Come ready to keep the good times rolling! There will be transportation provided for all guests who would like to continue the party with us! Did we mention there's going to be karaoke?
