Question

How will I get to the welcome party?

Answer

The Welcome Party will be taking place at the Chez Hotel Friday evening, June 19th. We will be offering transportation to and from the city to this location. The Metra Union Pacific Northwest Train also runs express to Arlington Heights from the city. There will also be complimentary parking on site for those who join us driving into the event. How will I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will be offering a shuttle from the city for any Chicago guests, then stopping by Chez Hotel to also pick up all hotel guests. These buses will first take guests to the ceremony, then will be available for guests to reboard to head to the cocktail hour & reception location! Buses will also be available to take guests back to the Chez Hotel then back to the city following the reception. The city pick up and drop off location will be the Moxy Chicago Downtown Hotel in River North, 530 N La Salle Drive. Buses will be departing this location on Saturday at 1 PM!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are driving yourself or taking another method of transportation, please arrive to the church by 3:45 in time for our 4 PM Ceremony start time.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is Formal. Gentleman please wear suit & tie, Ladies formal dresses.
