What time does the wedding end?

Answer

Due to Lake Arrowhead’s local noise ordinance, all events must conclude by 10:00 PM.

How early can guests arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. Immediate family, the wedding party, and ceremony participants may arrive earlier if needed.

Where should guests park?

Answer

Onsite parking is available in the paved lot located behind/below the barn. Overflow parking is available in designated areas. Please do not park on the main street, access roads, or nearby driveways.

Are Uber or Lyft available?

Answer

Rideshare services are limited in Lake Arrowhead. We recommend carpooling or arranging transportation in advance.

Can cars be left overnight?

Answer

No, overnight parking is not permitted.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Is the wedding held outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Dinner and the reception will take place inside the barn, with the option for outdoor dancing in the barn courtyard.

Can guests bring their own alcohol?

Answer

All beverages will be provided by the wedding hosts and served by licensed bartenders. Outside alcohol is not permitted for any guests, including the wedding party and vendors. If outside alcohol is found, venue staff may confiscate it, and continued violations may result in removal from the property or suspension of alcohol service.

Yes, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available. These must be requested in advance, so please contact us for arrangements.

Yes, children’s meal options are available for guests under 10 years old. Please let us know in advance if needed.
