Question

Is there a dress code for the Night Before Drinks?

Answer

The wedding party may be wearing semi-formal attire as they will likely be coming straight from the Rehearsal Dinner. However, non-wedding party guests do not need to dress up, as the venue is extremely casual!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We invite you to follow a semi-formal dress code that you will be comfortable in for an outdoor summer wedding. This can include short dresses, long dresses, sundresses, a pantsuit, suit, or pants with a jacket/sports coat. Ties are optional! Please note, bridesmaids will be wearing long light pink dresses. We also recommend bringing a light jacket in case it gets chilly at night.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5pm to allow time for parking. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at Arrow Park.

Will the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and After Party all take place in the same location?

Answer

Yes! The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and After Party are all within the vicinity of Arrow Park and are a short walk from one another. Golf carts are also available for those who need assistance from one location to another.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Unfortunately, the Cocktail Hour, which is located on the second floor of the mansion is not wheelchair accessible. The staff at Arrow Park are available to assist anyone up the staircase. Plus, we can ensure tables are set up outside so all guests are able to enjoy the Cocktail Hour. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Kelly O'Halloran so we can ensure you and your party are properly accommodated.

While we would love to include everyone, we will communicate with you directly if you are able to bring a plus one!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to Arrow Park?

Answer

Yes, if you're staying at the Hampton Inn, a bus will pick you up at 4:30pm. For guests staying at the Sleep Inn, a bus will pick you up at 4:45pm, heading to Arrow Park around 5:00pm for a 5:30pm ceremony start time. Once the reception ends, a bus will bring guests back to both hotels. The return trips will be at 11:15pm, 12:00pm and 1:00am.
