Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 20th!!! We will not accept RSVPs past this date. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you will be declining the invitation.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm. We can't wait to spend time with you all!!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best! Semi-formal/formal spring attire is preferred. We are expecting it to be a little warm during the ceremony but will most likely be cool at night time so bring a sweater or jacket just in case! For women wearing heels, I recommend you wear block heels because dinner will be on a grassy area. I do not want your heels to get stuck in the grass!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone, due to limited space we will not be able to accommodate plus ones for everyone. If your invitation does not state that you are allowed a plus one, then please respect our decision.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have secured hotel blocks at Hilton Garden Inn Napa and Napa Valley Marriott. Please book through our personalized link provided on the Travel tab. We have a limited amount of rooms, so we recommend booking as soon as possible!

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

YES! We have a shuttle bus that will take guests to and from the venue. Pick up time to the venue will be at 3:15pm. If you're done partying, the bus will start pick up at 9pm to go back to the hotel. The last pick will be at 10:15pm.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a very spacious parking lot at our venue if you prefer to drive there.
