The easiest way to get to the wedding will be to fly into Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU). There should be direct flights on all major carriers from the NY/NJ area to Puerto Rico. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away from the hotel and there are plenty of Ubers, taxis, and car services to choose from at the airport.
