When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The bride and groom request your RSVP by March 1st, 2026. If you have not submitted your RSVP by March 1st, 2026, we will assume that you will not be attending and we will most definitely miss you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have registered through the Zola website (Congratulations, you are already here!) Our registry can be found in the Registry tab of our website. Your presence is gift enough for us, but we greatly appreciate any and all gifts we may receive.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to start at 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 11th, 2026. Feel free to arrive thirty minutes early if you would like to. Arriving earlier than this could potentially interfere with any kind of setting up that may occur.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking the ladies to wear full length dresses and the men to wear dress pants and button-down shirts. Suit jackets are entirely optional. Our wedding colors are dusty blue, navy blue, sage green, and emerald green so feel free to match if you would like. Or don't! The only color restriction we ask guests to abide by is no white dresses for the ladies. If you have any questions regarding attire, feel free to ask the bride and groom for their opinions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest limit to abide by to adhere to building safety and compliance, so unfortunately, if you are not given a plus one, you are not permitted to bring a guest. We have tried to ensure that everyone attending will have acquaintances in the building.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids that we have included in the guest list are more than welcome! For those bringing children, please let the bride and groom know of their favorite board games or snacks. We want this to be a fun event for them too!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block set with the Hampton Inn in Wheeling. This hotel offers shuttle service to and from the wedding for all Hampton Inn guests attending at no additional cost to you! We implore those who plan on consuming alcohol at the reception to utilize this service. We encourage tips to the shuttle drivers for providing this service for our event. We want everyone to have a good time, responsibly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Absolutely! Please let the bride and groom know of any and all dietary restrictions that you may have so we are able to accommodate your meal accordingly. We plan on serving pizza and pasta at our reception so please let the bride and groom know of any restrictions, including dairy or gluten intolerances.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you have booked with the Hampton Inn in Wheeling, they are offering shuttle services free of charge to and from the wedding. The hotel is a 16-minute commute from the wedding venue. We encourage hotel guests to utilize this service if you plan on consuming alcohol at the wedding especially. We encourage tips to the shuttle drivers for providing this service for our event.

What will the weather be like for the wedding?

Answer

It is hard to say with absolute certainty how the weather will be at this current moment in time. On average, the temperature can range between 40 - 60 degrees for Wheeling, WV in April. We will update this page once we are closer to saying I do to keep everyone informed on weather conditions. The venue is climate controlled and will have a fire going in the fireplace outside to keep you warm should the night turn chilly.
