Callum always says we met at a bar; Kelly always says we met at a dear friend's birthday party. Both are true.

One day prior to Kelly's only competitive event for the year (we all know this is uncharacteristic); Callum got on his knee and heard the remark " You can't do this right now!" After a few seconds he pulled himself together (so did she!) and said "I'm doing this right now!" It all worked out--Kelly said, "yes!" and won the race the next day. His only regret is he didn't wait for a more significant race.
