1. Thank you for accepting our invitation to join us in the celebration of our wedding ceremony at Ankawini Safari Ranch. 2. Our accommodation reservations are now open, and you may book you accommodation. 3. All accommodation bookings are done online through the Ankawini Website. 4. Visit the Ankawini website on www.ankawini.com 5. Click " Book Venue Accommodation for a wedding/function here”. 6. The booking process is explained. 7. Scroll down and click on "Book your accommodation for a wedding/function here”. 8. Enter the Login name and password on the right-hand top corner as provided by the bridal couple. 9. Select your dates on the check-in and check-out box and click "check availability”. 10. Scroll down and select a room. 11. Click view rates and book. 12. Select if an extra mattress is needed. Only 1 per room and only for guests under the age of 13. Eco, Venue Tents, and backpackers are excluded. 13. Click book now and complete the booking form. 14. At consultant enter your information and at reference the groom’s surname or function name 15. Click the agreement of the terms and conditions checkbox. 16. You will now be directed to the DPO payment platform. Complete accurately or payment might fail. Enter no punctuation marks. 17. If your payment was not successful, you may EFT to: Ankawini Safaris cc, FNB Namibia Account No: 62243311181, FNB Branch 281174. You may also visit the website and click on "Make a Payment to Ankawini" for alternative payment methods. Please use the NB reference number as a reference. 18. Kindly do not call the Ranch for booking queries but rather send an email or WhatsApp. 19.
