We met how most people coming out of a global pandemic would: online! One date of Brent getting his butt whooped in mini golf and watching Kelly burn her mouth eating boiling hot meat straight from the hot pot broth and Brent was HOOKED! Five years later and many more close games and burned mouths between us, we are getting married!

When Kelly sensed Brent was going to ~officially~ ask her to be his girlfriend, she made him wait an extra 10 minutes to ask so that their anniversary would fall on 7-Eleven Day, which was genius since they would be able to get free slurpees every year to celebrate their love! Kelly grew up going to the 7-Eleven next to her house for a quick dinner. Because of this, Kelly has a special place in her heart for the convenience store chain and lifelong stomach problems for her insane childhood diet! Brent loves her despite this beige flag. They will marry on their 5th dating anniversary keeping the tradition of enjoying free slurpees for the rest of their lives.
