Black Tie Optional. Suits and tie for men & long dresses for the ladies. It will be a “Strawberry Matcha” color palette if you wish to wear something similar, but not a requirement! Please be in the area around 2:30pm - 2:45pm

There will be some light bites during our ~Golden Hour Aperitif~ as "no celebration is complete without a snack" (Kelly Zhang 2/16/25 7:24 PM). Part one: - Green Olives and Potato Chips - 3 kinds of assorted canapés (salty tartlets) - Chef’s mini-Cheeseburger - Mini Caprese fresh salad - Smoked salmon with cucumber topped with avocado and pink pepper mousse Part two: - King Prawns in Kataifi Phyllo with sweet and sour sauce - Little Granma Meatball in Tomato Sauce - Fried Arancini and Calzoncelli - Neapolitan caponata with crunchy bread, olives, cherry tomatoes, oregano and mozzarella fresh cheese
