ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TRAVEL PLEASE LET THE BRIDE/GROOM/FAMILIES KNOW WHERE YOU WILL BE STAYING!
Hi All! Once you book your stay, please let Kelly/ Brad/ Mantil Family/ O'Meara Family know where you will be staying so we can schedule transportation pickup/ drop off location to best accommodate majority of guests! :) The Promise Gardens is about 20 minutes outside of Lake George. There will be two shuttle buses leaving from designated hotel and bring all guests to and from the Wedding! Buses will leave promptly at 3:15pm to arrive at the venue by 3:45pm. They will NOT be making multiple trips, so please make sure you are on time! At the end of the night, the buses will leave the venue at 10pm and bring everyone back to the same designated hotel. There is limited on site parking and Ubers in the area, so we recommend taking the provided transportation!

About 0.8 miles from The Fort William Henry Hotel. Booking for the 2026 season opens on Black Friday of 2025! (There will also be additional Black Friday deals running during this time!)

Still relatively close to the Fort William Henry Hotel. However, it is a little farther of a walk from where most events will be taking place! You will be able to book online for the wedding weekend starting October 20th! Hotel room block will be available the beginning of October!
