Getting Settled

5:45 pm - 10:00 pm

For all who are staying at the Airbnb, Thursday is an option to fly in. We will have the Airbnb available for check-in at 5:45 P.M. If you are staying at another hotel you are more than welcome to come and enjoy our first night together. If you want to take the time to enjoy and settle in, there are many restaurants in Springdale.

Fiesta Dinner / Welcome Night/ Rehearsal

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Fiesta night! Colorful attire! Casual night with a taco truck and more! Kids are allowed at the rehearsal!

Rehearsal night is for everyone. We will be having a Taco Food truck coming to the Airbnb for everyone to enjoy. It'll be a relaxing casual event.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

It may get cold at night during dinner so you may want to bring a light jacket.

Brunch

9:00 am

The next morning we will have a brunch for anyone that wants to attend. We will be spending this day going into the park and hiking. People are allowed to do whatever they want. This can be a vacation for you! We want you to have fun!

Departure Day

8:00 am

For those staying at the Airbnb May 1st is our departure day. We have to be out of the Airbnb by 10 AM.
