This is where we had our first date! We love getting an afternoon drink on weekends and sitting on the patio.
South Perry Pizza
This is our favorite place for pizza in Spokane! Kelly's favorite is the Hot Honey and Blake loves the Wild Mushroom.
The Elk
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Spokane. They always have an interesting menu and consistently good food. Plus Guy Fieri stopped by here once!
Umi Kitchen and Sushi Bar
This is one of our favorite spots for date nights. We love to sit in the downstairs bar and share sushi.
Nectar Wine and Beer
This is another one of our favorite date spots in Kendall Yards. They have a great rotating wine and beer selection and a patio that overlooks the river. Pro-tip: get takeout pizza from Versalia Pizza next door and bring it to Nectar to eat!
Centennial Trail
The Centennial Trail is a paved biking and walking path through downtown Spokane (and all the way to the Idaho border). We loved biking on the trail from our old house by Gonzaga to Kendall Yards for drinks on summer evenings. If you're looking for a place to bike/run/walk while you're in Spokane, anywhere along the Centennial Trail is great!
Indian Canyon Golf Course
Love to golf? We don't! But Indian Canyon is Kelly's dad's favorite course and it's where she grew up sledding in the winter. If you're looking for a Saturday morning activity, golfing at Indian Canyon is a great option!
Latah Creek Golf Course
This is another great golfing option! Blake's first job was working on the grounds crew here, so he's very familiar with the course.
Dishman Hills Conservation Area
There are tons of awesome hiking and running trails in the Dishman Hills Conservation Area. We love taking Lou for hikes here. Trail maps can be found on the website, plus you might catch a glimpse of Kelly climbing with her dad in the promo video!
