Is transportation provided?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to and from the Hotel Indigo in West Chester. They will depart on Friday, October 24th to Winterthur at 5pm EST. Shuttles will also be provided back to Hotel Indigo at the end of the reception starting at 11:30pm until the after party ends at 1am. Ubers can also be easily booked at your convenience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. We recommend arriving to Winterthur by 5:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is provided directly next to the Visitors Center at Winterthur. This will be located directly to your left when you arrive.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding dress code is black-tie. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes for optimal time on the dance floor!

Will the wedding ceremony be outside or inside?

Answer

Weather permitting, our wedding ceremony will be outside. Heaters will be provided if needed. Following the ceremony our guests will be moved into a tented reception space.
