Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at 3:15 pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. Please note that the Beach Club has a large parking lot and, if needed, transportation will also be provided to and from the ceremony and reception. Transportation schedule to follow.

What do I wear for the weekend?

Friday: Cocktail Attire (no ties required) Saturday: Black Tie Optional NOTE: The ceremony is on the beach so you may want to avoid heels. We will have flip flops available as well.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are formally listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided on Saturday from Congress Hall and La Mer to the ceremony; as well as from the ceremony to the reception. Details to follow.

Is there a dress code for Wedding day?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie Optional. Women can wear evening gowns or cocktail dresses. (Please remember that the ceremony is on the beach so you may want to avoid heels.) Men can wear a tux or formal suit. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event! Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we will have plenty of time for photos at the reception!
