I see you both have matching tattoos of birds on your necks; what do those tattoos mean?

Answer

Those tattoos are given to people that are part of a secret illuminati that requires its members to murder an evil doer as their rites of initiation. Haha, I kid. This is what happens when Kelly isn't watching me edit the website. The tattoos are barn swallows; historically they were marks given to sailors that indicated that they had successfully completed long and arduous journeys and returned home safely. In modern times the symbol is used to mark a person that always finds their way home to the one they love. We both loved the commitment that we would always return to each other, regardless of distance or the dangers one of us may face during our days (and as Kelly is a firefighter, that commitment is more literal than symbolic. Also, I work in an office on a computer all day, which is pretty dangerous work too).
