We need your RSVP response through this website by August 24th. If you choose not to RSVP by August 24th, please bring a chair and a sandwich to enjoy our wedding!

Answer
If your invitation says “and Guest”, then yes you may! If your invitation says only your name, then we ask that only you attend due to limitations in venue size.

If you decide to gift us a check, thank you! To make post-wedding depositing easier, please make checks payable exactly as follows: "Kelly Hazard or Sam Gilles" (The 'or' ensures that the check can be negotiated pending any name changes.)

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
Ceremony - Outside Reception - Inside Shady Acres is a beautifully rustic farmstead! The outdoor ceremony site will be on the lawn and is a slight walk across gravel and grass from both the parking and reception areas. Dinner and dancing will take place inside the barn.

What time should I arrive by?
Answer
3:00p Our ceremony starts at 3:30p but we ask that everyone arrives early to have time to park and be seated at the ceremony site so that the ceremony can start on time.

Can I take and post pictures of your wedding on social media?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that no photos be taken during that time. For any photos taken during the reception (which we do encourage!), we ask that you use our hashtag “GrandSlam4KellyAndSam” when posting so that we can keep track of all the pictures!

What food will be served?
Answer
We are very excited (and hungry!) for our buffet-style dinner courtesy of a pig roast! The whole pig will be served, along with a variety of sides.

What if I have a dietary restriction?
Answer
A Gluten-free/Vegetarian option is available - Please notate when you RSVP. If you have an allergy, please let us know when you RSVP so that we can ensure that your food is safe for you.

Will there be a cash bar?
Answer
We will have an open bar serving beer, wine, and some cocktails. Feel free to tip your bartenders! We plan to have enough to for the whole night, but if the bar does run out then the bar closes. You must be 21+ to drink and will be asked for ID. Please drink responsibly.
