We have room blocks at the Liberty Hotel where the reception will be held. In addtion to the room blocks at the Liberty Hotel, we have room blocks at two altenate nearby hotels. Please see the Where to Stay Section of this website for more details.

How do I make meal selection(s) for reception?

When completing RSVP you will be prompted to make meal selection(s)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please list any food allergies or restrictions when selecting a meal via RSVP Section of this website.

Is there transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes- Transportation will be provided from the Liberty Hotel to the Church Ceremony and back to the Liberty Hotel for the reception. Please be ready to leave the Liberty Hotel at 2:15. The bus will leave at 2:20 with or without you :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church does not have a parking lot but there is limited, free street parking nearby. Transportation to and from the Liberty Hotel will be provided. The Liberty Hotel offers valet parking - https://libertyhotel.com/valet/ In addition there are mulitple parking garages close to the hotel.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes, Kelly & Lynn would love to see you on Friday evening & say thanks for celebrating with them at The Liberty Lobby Bar. It's a lively & energetic environment located in the 90 foot rotunda of the hotel. Space will be reserved in the bar & lounge area. Estimated time 8PM
