SONOMA COUNTY AIRPORT (SMS), OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (OAK) and SACRAMENTO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SMF) are all about equal distances from Napa, CA. A car rental or rideshare will be necessary from here. SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL (SFO) is the next closest international airport. Flying into SFO will require you to drive through (or around) San Francisco to get to Napa, so it can generally add 30+ minutes of travel time (depending on traffic).
