Best Man
Favourite Story: Emma and Kelly arrived late to my playoff lacrosse game and found themselves on the wrong side of the fence. Kelly, leading the way, got caught while climbing over, requiring Emma’s rescue, only for Emma to then get stuck in a tree and ultimately fall out of it. Somehow, they managed to get more injured watching my game than I did actually playing in it. I love this story because it perfectly summarizes who they are, two absolute klutzes who would tackle any challenge for the people they love, a perfect storm of chaos and compassion.
Ring Bearer
I don't know what my favorite story is, but I love treats, lambchop stuffies, walks, sticks, balls, and cuddles with my mummas.
Bridesmaid
Favorite Story: When Kelly and I found out that Mount Holyoke had given us permission to be roommates. We had about an hour of free time before a meeting we had to go to, so we stripped Kelly's old room as fast as possible and ran across campus with our arms full of Kelly's stuff. We dumped all of Kelly's stuff and showed up to our meeting drenched in sweat. We must have looked crazy.

Favorite Story: When Emma and I were in middle school / early high school and Emma would clean her room and put together piles for donation- I always got to go through the clothes first and that is how I got my first Victoria Secret bras. Just as Emma has supported me for years, so did those bras!

I always used to look forward to the first night of our week long summer slumber party, when we'd often pull an accidental all nighter catching up and swapping stories. Looking ahead, I used to compile a note throughout each year that was titled “Things I need to tell Emma.” Every year, I would add little updates, embarrassing stories, crushes, DRAMA. You have to remember this all started before we could send a simple text! That first night cozied up in your room laughing with our faces pressed into the pillows so we don’t wake up the boys. This one of my fondest traditions with you, Em. Every year the tales we told grew more exciting and emotional as we ourselves were growing up. It’s so exciting and surreal to think that all of those stories were leading you to where you are today.

Favorite Story: We were volunteering at the Deutsche Bank Golf Tournament and it was raining, so Kelly found an umbrella. She would convince people to pay for her to walk them under the umbrella from the parking lot to the tournament entrance. She made a lot of money that day!
