There are lots of hotels and airbnb's in the Champaign Urbana area, you'll find a place! There is plenty of parking at the venue.
The wedding is indoors in buildings with big open doors and windows! There is air conditioning in the reception barn, but not in the ceremony barn.
We are serving Shawarma Joint for dinner, with ice cream for dessert!
