When will I be able to RSVP for the reception?

Answer

Guests will be able to RSVP once we have sent a formal invitation, which will happen approximately 3 months before the wedding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If we can accommodate a plus one for you, it will be indicated on your invitation.

I can't make it! What do I do?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot make the event, please mark "No" on your RSVP form that will be sent out 3 months before the wedding.

Is the reception venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The reception venue will be completely indoors.

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

Doors will open for guests at 5pm. Guests should plan to arrive no later than 5:30pm. Guests will be seated at 5:45pm for the grand entrance to begin promptly at 6pm.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

The venue is located in a commercial plaza, surrounded by other businesses. Therefore, the parking lot is open to the public and may be filled with cars that are not for the event. Although we expect the lot to clear up as most businesses will be closed at the time, we highly recommend carpooling if you can. Parking is free of charge.

What should I wear to the reception?

Answer

Anyone who knows us knows that we love taking walks and going to the zoo. We will celebrate this with earthy colors (think green, brown, beige, rose, etc.) for this formal-attire event. Visit our "Mood Board" tab for some inspo pictures. The colors are totally optional, please show up in whatever you feel most comfortable having fun in!

I have a dietary restriction. How do I let you know?

Answer

We will ask for your dietary restrictions on the invitation and RSVP form, which will be sent out 3 months before the wedding.
