WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

If you are not arriving by shuttle, please get to FEAST no later than 5:00pm. There is ample parking on site at the venue.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

The venue has a capacity limit and we are only able to accommodate the individuals clearly named on the invitation envelope. Unless “and guest” is clearly noted on your invitation, please do not bring a plus one.

ARE THERE ANY HOTELS IN THE AREA?

Yes! We have a room block reserved at Homewood Suites by Hilton Newburgh-Stewart Airport available for our guests to book at a promotional rate. A shuttle will transport guests to and from the Homewood Suites to FEAST. Check the Travel tab for details on how to book with our promotional rate and when to catch the shuttle! Homewood Suites by Hilton - Newburgh Stewart Airport is the only hotel where we’ve reserved rooms and arranged shuttle transportation. IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOMEWOOD SUITES TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes! The bus will make two trips from the Homewood Suites to the venue. The bus will depart Homewood Suites at 4:30pm to transport guests to FEAST. At the end of the night the bus will depart FEAST to return to Homewood Suites at 11pm.
