When should I reserve my room or is there a cut off date for hotel reservations.?

Answer

July 16th, 2022 There is a three (3) week cutoff date (3 weeks before the wedding date) for our guests to reserve by. So please reserve by July 16th, 2022. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

How early can I check in at the hotel?

Answer

Hotel Check in Time is 3:00PM and Check out time is 12:00PM. If any of our guests are looking to check in early, I would highly recommend checking in the day before at the same discounted rate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle transporting guests to and from the Hyatt Place Hotel/Auburn Hills. Shuttle will be responsible for getting all of our guests to Paint Creek Country Club (Wedding/Reception) and back to the hotel after the reception. (Arrival) 1st shuttle will run at 2 pm and will drop guest off around 2:30 pm. 2nd shuttle will run at 3 pm and drop guest off around 3:30 pm (Return) Shuttle will starting returning guest to the hotel around 10 pm and every hour after up until 12 pm.
