Question

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we are asking all guests to show proof of vaccination in order to attend the wedding.

Question

I would like to stay at the preferred resort but do I have to book through the assigned travel agent?

Answer

It is not required to book through our travel agent but it is strongly suggested as we have negotiated a special room rate that you will not be able to book on your own.

Question

I want to attend the wedding weekend but do I have to stay at the preferred resort, Cabo Azul?

Answer

It is not required to stay at Cabo Azul but all pre and post wedding activities will take place at this resort. In order to participate in all the fun, it is highly suggested that you stay at our preferred resort.

When is the deadline to reserve my room?

October 1st!

How many people can be in one room?

Answer

The number of people in a room is determined by the room type you select. Please refer to the pricing chart on the travel tab.

Are the room rates listed on the Travel page per person rates or per room rates?

Answer

The rates provided are per room per night.

Question

Do I have to pay for my room in full when I book?

Answer

Not at all! Room and tax for the first night will be collected at the time of booking. The balance will be due when you check into the resort.

How will I get from the resort to the wedding location?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle from Cabo Azul to the wedding location.

Question

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes! A passport that is valid until at least June 2022 is required to travel to Mexico.

Do I have have a negative Covid test to reenter the United States?

Answer

As of January 26, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requires all air passengers entering the U.S. to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation that they have recovered from COVID-19. This order applies to all air passengers 2 years of age or older traveling into the U.S., including U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents. Rapid antigen testing is available on-site, by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Guests must contact the Front Desk to schedule their appointment. The test costs $40 USD per person ($845.26 pesos). Guests with positive results will be notified within a 4-hour time frame and must follow the resort’s quarantine procedures. Guests with negative results will be informed within 24-hours and can receive a printed document upon checkout.

Do I need a negative Covid test to enter Mexico?

Answer

A negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry to Mexico but we are asking all guests to get tested within 48 hours of travel.
