Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be located at a church so it will be indoors. The reception held at the Quirarte Residence will be held outdoors. Ladies - please be mindful of your heels as many seats will be in a grass area!

Should I bring cash?

Answer

Yes! To take care of your bartenders as well as for the traditional money dance if you wish to participate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Florals, pastels, etc! Ladies please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony to park and find your seat! If parking lot is full, there is parking around surrounding neighborhoods and across the street at Elk Grove Park.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly and have a ride home arranged if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to get home safe!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What if I didn’t RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, you will be marked as “no.” We will not have any open seats so please RSVP in a timely manner! Thank you for understanding!

Is the reception directly after the ceremony?

Answer

No. The ceremony will take place in Elk Grove, CA at St.Joseph Parish. We will give our guests time to travel to Newcastle if they wish to attend. Cocktail hour will take place before dinner begins to allow guests to park, grab a drink, and find their seats. Please see invite for more details!

Yes! If your child is listed as a guest, they are invited and welcome to join us!
