Question

Venue details

Answer

The ceremony will be outside if weather permits. Dinner and dancing will be inside the shop. Dependent on weather- we will open the garage doors for airflow or close them to keep the heat in so please dress accordingly. You will be walking through grass to get to the venue, so high heels are not recommended. If inclement occurs, we will do our best to make accommodations for this.

Question

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

As much as we love every person in your family, due to limited space, we are hoping to have a kid free celebration. Our children will be attending along with select wedding party children, but accommodations have been made to make this possible. Thank you for your understanding. We hope that all parents are able to enjoy a stress free night out in celebration of our wedding!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we have carefully reviewed our guest list. If you do not have a plus one listed on your RSVP and wish to add someone, please contact us directly so we can review our RSVP list and determine the seating chart to make this possible for you, if we can. Kellie: 415-686-0278

Question

Parking

Answer

Parking at the house/venue will be reserved and we will reach out to those with direct parking spots. Please carpool if possible! Parking will be along the street of 109th and there is a long walk down the driveway to get to the venue. We will have a golf cart shuttle available to those who need assistance down the driveway between 4:45pm-5pm and as needed getting back to your car at the end of the evening.

Question

Wedding Attire

Answer

Cocktail attire preferred. High heels are not recommended as you will be walking through grass. Parking is limited so there may be a walk to the venue as well. The groomsmen will be in khaki suit and ties and the bridesmaids will be in long rust colored velvet dresses. Our wedding colors are rust, burgundy, and tan. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory.

Question

Why do I have to turn my phone off for the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that all guests turn their cell phones off or put them on silent for the ceremony as to not have any disruptions. By having your cell phone in your hands taking photos or videos, it could get in the way of our hired photographers and possibly ruin a beautiful moment that could have been captured professionally.

Question

Dinner

Answer

We will have a taco truck for dinner. The dinner included is 3 street tacos, beans, and rice. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can work with the caterer. We will also have plenty of food and snacks available throughout the night.

Question

Alcohol

Answer

We will be providing beer, wine, and seltzers. If you have a preferred drink, you are welcome to bring it.

Question

Restrooms

Answer

We will have a luxury trailer available for use throughout the night.

Question

Games

Answer

We will have cornhole, giant jenga, and numerous tabletop games available (jenga, ring toss, mini tetherball, etc)
