What time should I be there on the wedding day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm on April 8th. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to grab a seat.

We love your children, however, we have decided to make this evening an adults-only celebration.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue starting and ending at The Marriott Napa. If you wish for more flexibility getting to and from the venue, please plan ahead with driving services such as Uber/Lyft or a car service/taxi-options listed below. There is A LOT of traffic getting to Sonoma from Napa so allow extra time. Friday, April 8th 2022 3:15 PM guests load shuttle at Marriott Napa 3:30 PM shuttle departs and heads to venue 4:15-4:30 PM shuttle arrives at venue Wedding 5:00 PM-11:00 PM 9:00 PM First shuttle departs to Marriott 11:00 PM Final shuttle departs to Marriott **Free open overnight parking at hotel for those who want to jump on the shuttle and are not lodging at the hotel.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Northern California, all of you out-of-towners! During the day, the weather in Sonoma should be averaging 65-72 degrees in April but will get chilly at night. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside—we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket in anticipation of both hot and cooler weather!
