Rehearsal Dinner

This event will be semi-formal (business casual; blazers for gentlemen, dresses or dress pants for ladies)

This dinner will take place after a brief wedding ceremony rehearsal. It will be the first scheduled event of the wedding festivities and will be the first opportunity for all guests to meet and mingle! The dinner will include appetizer and entree platters to share and chef's seasonal plated dessert with champagne, wine and a cash bar. Below are the current menu offerings: AMUSE-BOUCHE daily farm to table amuse bouche APPETIZER PLATTERS PRAWN COCKTAIL, seaweed + sea asparagus salad, tomato gin cocktail sauce lemon chutney LIVING SALAD, harvested to order - falafel, spiced yams, gold cherry tomatoes, pomegranate, white balsamic dressing TUNA NIÇOISE, albacore tuna, tomatoes, fingerling potatoes, snap peas, smoked olive tapenade, 63 degree egg, truffle + herb aioli ENTREE PLATTERS Two of the following entree platters: FILET MIGNON, truffled mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, chimichurri, red wine jus MAPLE GLAZED ROAST SALMON, preserved lemon, tuscan bean salad, grilled asparagus, lemon beurre blanc CHICKEN SUPREME, roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled broccolini, leek + tomato chutney DESSERT CHEF’S SEASONAL PLATED DESSERT

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm

This event is formal (suits for gentlemen, dresses or dress pants for ladies). Winter coats are recommended.

This event will be a short and sweet outdoor ceremony if the weather is agreeable. Separate photos of the Bride and Groom with friends and family members will be taken prior to the start of the ceremony so please be prepared to be at the ceremony a bit early! We will be offering guests hot beverages prior to the start of the ceremony and will use the venue's space heaters to keep everyone toasty throughout the ceremony. We will have backup options for an indoor ceremony if necessary.
