FAQs

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love all of the little ones! However due to limited space, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation. How ever we encourage you to use this evening as a “night” for yourself! Please leave no child unattended.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask everyone submit their RSVPs including their plus one by the beginning of August to mid September. We are sending a QR code with the invitations to make the submitting of your RSVP easy and worry free. We hope to see everyone there to help us celebrate our big day. But understand if you can not make it and love you either way.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Wear whatever color you like, but please do not wear white.

Question

Where are the Ceremony and Reception taking place.

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at The Barn on Willow Creek. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. Guests will have access to the backyard and patio until 10pm.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Right now there is currently not. I’d highly suggest taking an Uber or Lyft to the venue. We will be having and open bar and want to make sure everyone gets back safely. That being said there is a parking available at the venue as well.

Question

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you feel inclined to give more, please contribute to our honeymoon fund located on our website.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well we’ve hired professionals to capture some of the most important moments and we’d hate to have a well-meaning person’s phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you want!

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will take pictures together and with close family and the wedding party. You will get to enjoy drinks and snacks for the cocktail hour and the reception will follow at 7 pm.

Question

Can I bring an adult beverage?

Answer

We will be having a bartending service that will be serving beer and our signature cocktails. If you would like to bring your own your more then welcome. Due to venue policy glass beer bottles are not allowed but you can bring your favorite bottle of liquor. There will also be security on site. We ask you drink responsibly. Please do not drink and drive and have a plan in place weather that be a designated driver, an Uber or Lyft. If you need help the day of please let us know.
