After almost 8 collective years of studying the same major, we met in a class called 'Fitness Across a Lifespan.' Kellie had a crush on Colton from the time that she saw him looking up parts for his truck and decided to talk to him about it. After some group work in class and some Direct Messages on Instagram, we started hanging out and eventually went on our first date. The date consisted of barbecue, a movie, and great conversation. 2 days after the first date, Kellie texted Colton that she 'didn't want anything serious or more-than-casual while she was focusing on work and school,' and Colton was crushed but decided to play things cool. The tactic was a success because 3 days later, Kellie couldn't resist reaching out to Colton again and we started talking and being together more and more. On December 4, 2018 we shared our first kiss and later on January 1, 2019 Colton asked Kellie to be his girlfriend. Since then, we have seen one another every day and couldn't be happier together.

We look forward to starting our eternal journey together by moving to Columbus, Ohio in mid-July 2019 in order for Colton to attend Dental School at The Ohio State University.
