When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 25, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm to allow sufficient time to be seated before the ceremony start time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, if your plus one's name or "and guest" is written on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we will only accommodate children of immediate family at our wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Dressy casual (golf attire, sundresses, etc. ). The country club does not allow denim. Wedding: Cocktail attire. A suit or dress shirt with tie is suggested for gentlemen and knee, midi, or ankle length dresses for ladies. Bridesmaids will be wearing pale blue.

What is the weather typically like at the venue?

Answer

The weather in June is usually pleasant but can get into high 80s-90s. The ceremony will be outside and partially shaded so don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses. The reception will be in indoor/outdoor spaces. If you are visiting other places in the Bay, make sure to check the weather in that area. On the same day SF can be 60 while Napa is 90+.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the travel page for recommended hotels and room block information. There are also vacation rental homes available in Suisun Valley and the surrounding area.

Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at the Residence Inn (5 min walk from the Homewood Suites). Departure: 4:30pm Return: 9:00pm or 10:00pm

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Welcome Party: Complimentary valet parking. Wedding: Parking is available at the venue.

Should I bring cash to tip service staff (bartenders, valet, etc.)?

Answer

We have taken care of all service charges, so there's no need for additional tips.
