For the Wedding: We would like everyone to practice precautions to their own comfort level. We will not be mandating masks, but they will be available at the entrance for anyone's use. Please also practice physical distancing as you feel appropriate. The Woods venue is almost entirely outdoors, besides the bathrooms and an indoor lounge area. There is no pressure to expose yourself to anything out of your comfort level as part of our celebration. For other events: We have planned to have most group events as outdoor gatherings and encourage the use of masks and physical distancing as appropriate.
We are not going to have children at the wedding, aside from those who are part of our ceremony. We love all of your kids and can't wait to spend time with them again. Unfortunately, due to the venue and schedule, it is just too complicated to include them all in this celebration.
This is going to be a very informal, unplanned/improvised event. We invite anyone who is game to come find us and say hello, while getting the chance to explore downtown Flagstaff. We will start at Mother Road Brewing Company near downtown Flagstaff at 5pm to enjoy some of our favorite local beer. We will proceed to The Annex for a craft cocktail, and continue to other local establishments as the night warrants!
