The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM (CST). Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking and seating. Unfortunately, no late arrivals will be allowed into the ceremony space once the event has begun.
Dress Code: Garden Formal We invite our guests to embrace summer elegance with a refined, polished look that complements our outdoor celebration. For Women: Opt for tea to maxi-length dresses that capture the season's grace and sophistication. For Men: Choose suits or dress slacks with a blazer or sport coat. Black, navy, or neutrals are acceptable. Ties are optional but welcome.. Colors we love: Soft, garden-inspired tones and light hues—blush, champagne, ivory, peach, lavender, butter yellow, etc. Florals, patterns, and personal style are welcome and encouraged! Kindly avoid: Light blues and greens (reserved for the wedding party), overly neon or dark colors, and casual or rustic attire. Due to limited space, only those listed on the invitation will be invited. Those invited will be listed on the invitation as “The (Last Name) Family”. If your invitation is addressed this way, the children in that family are welcome to attend. Otherwise, we kindly invite parents to take this evening as an opportunity to relax, and celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! The White Dove Barn offers convenient on-site parking. To ensure comfortable accommodations for all guests, we kindly request that you carpool when possible.
We are so excited to spend our special day surrounded by our closest family & friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a guest, they will be listed on your RSVP.
Yes! A full buffet-style meal will be served along with an open bar with speciality cocktails, wine, and beer options available.
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP no later than June 22nd, 2026. Unfortunately after that date, all unanswered RSVPs will be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors’ cutoff dates.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The White Dove Barn in Beechgrove, TN. The ceremony will be underneath a covered pavilion with paved walkways to and from the ceremony to the reception. The reception will be held in a climate-controlled reception hall. Cocktail hour will be held in the lawn/covered patio attached to the barn. Due to the wedding being at the end of August, please be mindful that the temperature may be hot and please dress accordingly!
In order to give everyone time to make it home safely and for vendors to clean, we will be having our grand exit by 10:00 pm.
