Cocktail Reception

Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a delightful cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails. During this time, guests will also have the opportunity to explore the historic mansion, taking in its stunning architecture and rich history.

Dinner

7:00 pm

Each meal will include: - Salad Matilda - Cucumber banded harvest greens, dried cranberry, crumbled chevre, toasted pepitas, tart apple julienne, and fig-balsamic vinaigrette A choice between two entrées: - Citrus Chicken - Pan roasted breast of chicken, citrus artichoke cream and crispy capers. Presented with white cheddar redskin potato dauphinoise and seasonal vegetable bundle. Includes roll and butter fresh coffee and hot herbal tea. or - Cavatappi Pasta - Pasta tossed with roasted vegetables, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomato and basil pesto cream. Chopped herb and shaved Romano garnish. Includes roll and butter, fresh coffee and hot herbal tea. A glass of red or white wine (21+). For children: - Chicken tenders with tater tots - Includes fresh fruit and organic milk. Available for children aged 12 and under.
