Yes! Gastler Farm is a cherished 4th generation family farm. If you're wondering what to wear, think "Garden party formal". Feel free to wear bright botanical colors to fit right into the setting! Check out their website at gastlerfarm.com for photos and information.
Only if they are chunky heels or wedges. You will be walking on grass, and heels could get stuck!
Our tattoo station will be first come, first served, and will open at the start of cocktail hour (after the ceremony). There will be a flash sheet for you to choose from. Our artists are Sean Ford of Gasoline Alley in Wallingford, CT, and John Fortin of CT Ink in Middlefield, CT. Both Sean and John are long-time friends and colleagues of Dave. Each tattoo will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Tattoos are complimentary, but tips for our artists are greatly appreciated!
We've chosen to celebrate without children, as we are celebrating into the night. We hope this means you can celebrate alongside of us until the very end!
Our dinner will be buffet style — complete with a pasta station, prime rib, pork loin, salmon, chicken parmesan, salad and sides to compliment it all. Not to mention a very fun dessert bar in lieu of cake.
Our ceremony music will be played by solo violinist Leah Gastler, a graduate of The Juilliard School (violeah.com). Happy Hour will be accompanied by Jake James on keys (bandmix.com/jake-james). Our reception will be none other than our MOH's own cover band, Wild Nights (@wildnightsct)! As music lovers ourselves, we feel blessed to have such a killer lineup.
Every guest is responsible for getting to and from the venue on their own. We recommend Uber or Lyft!
