Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, we will be having the ceremony outside in the courtyard and cocktail hour/ reception will follow right after in the Emerald Queensridge ballroom.

Where should I stay if I’m coming from out of town?

Answer

We do have a room block at Suncoast hotel that is a 4 min drive from the venue. Deadline to book with our room block is Jan 24th.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, gates will be closing 5 minutes before it starts to avoid any disruptions. Please arrive at 5:15pm to avoid any issues.

Is there parking at the ceremony/ reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking spaces outside the venue. Would recommend coming a little early prior to the ceremony to get parked and seated.
