Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a contracted block of guestrooms at the wedding venue, Mission Inn Resort and Club. Please reference your save the date or the travel tab of our wedding website to book your guestroom.

How far in advance should I book my guestroom?

Answer

We have contracted a block of guestrooms at the discounted rate of $130.00 per night at Mission Inn Resort and Club. Once our contracted block is full we may be able to add more guestrooms, based on the resorts availability. In addition, the resort will allow us to reduce our contracted block by 10%, 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. With this in mind, please book your guestroom as soon as possible to avoid the block being reduced or selling out. Please keep in mind that due to the holiday weekend, there is a chance that once our block is full or reduced, the resort will not be able to add more guestrooms as they are expecting to be sold out over Easter Weekend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation as the wedding ceremony, reception and room block at located at the same venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Overnight self-parking is including in the resort fee for guests staying at the resort. Complimentary self-parking is available for guests attending the wedding but not staying overnight.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to find your seat.

Can I request a song to be played?

Will there be a farewell brunch?

Answer

Although we are not providing brunch, the resort will be hosting an Easter Brunch which is open to hotel guests and the general public. Reservations are required. The cost is $49.99 for adults and $22.99 for children ages 5-12, no charge for children 4 and under. Service charge and sales tax are additional, however coffee, tea, soda, champagne & mimosas are endless! Contact Michelle Love with Mission Inn to book your reservation at (352)-324-3930. Ricardo and Kelli are booked for the 11:00am seating at La Hacienda and will be dining with our immediate families. We would love to see you there! Please make your reservation early as the brunch typically sells out 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
