Peter and Kelli met one morning at the office. Kelli was working as the front desk receptionist while Peter was helping a local Catholic company with financial budgeting. Their first interaction started with a handshake introduction, followed by Peter asking Kelli why the WiFi was down. Over the next several months, Peter made a habit of stopping by Kelli’s desk every day around 1:30 PM after lunch for their daily conversations and “escape from work” chats. Eventually, after a couple months, Peter asked her out. Their first date was at Hop & Sting and ended at Willhoite’s on Main Street in Grapevine, where they played pool until 1 AM. Kelli still remembers telling her roommate as she left for the date to “start working on the bridesmaid speech.” From that point on, Peter and Kelli continued to experience moments and signs that confirmed to both of them that God had intentions for the both of them.
