As we are nearing the BIG day, we are getting a better idea of the weather. A general rule of thumb for Colorado weather is plan for every possibility. Especially during the fall. With that said, it does look like we have a cold front hitting us on Friday. Denver and Littleton will have a bit warmer weather, but if you're staying closer to the venue or have plans to visit the mountains, you'll find significantly cooler temps. Michael and I love the cold temps, but we recognize that we have a lot of guests coming from Florida, and may not be used to it. We are hoping you are as excited about the romantic idea of a cool Colorado evening under the stars! Our ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors, but it looks like we should have sunshine. We will have blankets and hand warmers. The reception is indoors, and there are heaters if it's too cold.
Dressy Casual. We want you to feel comfortable and be able to dance!
Yes. Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location and there is parking onsite. Cars can be left at the venue, until 10AM the next morning. But, we've been told that ride share options are pretty minimal.
Reminder that you're traveling to about 6000' above sea level, and the venue is at about 7000' above sea level. Most people adjust just fine to these altitudes, but a great way to prepare your body is to drink a lot of water the few days before traveling and the first day or so that you're here. If you're planning a trip out to the mountains, definitely drink a lot of water!
We feel your presence at our wedding is gift enough. But, if you feel so inclined, we do have a few options for you to contribute to our Honeymoon! Just click the link for the registry in this website navigation.
