Wedding Shuttle: from Basecamp Hotel to the Wedding location
September 10, 2022 1:45 pm - 7:30 pm
There is no parking at the wedding venue 🙁. As the wedding starts at 2:30pm the shuttle will start making rounds at 1:45pm outside Basecamp Hotel Tahoe City and will continue throughout the night. Aim to jump on the first leg as there could be traffic or overcrowding around the 2:10 leg. If you need to leave the wedding early just let Annie, the wedding coordinator know (she'll be at the wedding), and she will call the shuttle up for you!

Airport Shuttle: from Reno to Tahoe City
This shuttle goes from Reno to the Tahoe city area every few hours, starting at 10 AM. You need to reserve a spot at least 24 hours in advance!
