The hotel is located around the same area as Black Bear Resort where the wedding ceremony and reception will be held. A shuttle will be available for transport from the hotel to the wedding ceremony and back to the hotel from the reception site. The hotel is approximately 7.7 miles (15 minutes) from the wedding venue. There are a limited amount of rooms blocked at a special rate for the Carr-Hoffmann Wedding.
